Washing Machine Commercial Inspection Testing System

This test system uses a dynamic detection system to monitor parameters such as voltage and input power of washing machines, so as to realize the performance judgment of washing machines.

1.Communication mode: The software issues control instructions to interact with equipment, transmits operation instructions and collects parameters, and supports issuing various equipment function instructions and returning operation data.

3.Meet production line tact: Multiple workstations operate in parallel, supports manual start-stop, clearing and test completion, adapts to the continuous detection rhythm of the assembly line and ensures the normal circulation of the production line.

4.Automatic system statistical report: Query records in multiple dimensions by time, barcode, workstation, line body and test result, automatically count total test number, qualified number and qualified rate, and supports exporting detailed data.

5.Hardware supporting: Relying on multiple groups of testing stations on the whole line, it is matched with data acquisition modules, and can synchronously collect various sensing data such as power, current, voltage, flow, and rotating speed.

6.Detection range: Covers the operating status, power, valve switch, motor operation and other items of each component of the equipment, including full-item detection such as start-stop of various functional components and power range.

7.Whole-process control: Configure the model and judgment standard after logging in the software, and start the test after the equipment scans the code; data is automatically collected and results are judged in real time throughout the whole process, and records are automatically saved after the test is completed.

8.Flexible template configuration: Supports creating/modifying/deleting customer models, reference models and judgment standards; can save and load standard templates, and customize acquisition frequency, test duration and execution instructions.

9.Centralized operation and maintenance management: Unified management of the whole line body and all workstations, can control the test status of a single machine or the whole line in batches, and centrally maintain model parameters and judgment rules.

10.Visual data display: Real-time display of workstation status, single/multiple detection curves, original collected data and judgment results; historical records can be traced back to view curves and complete detection details.

11.Sampling parameter setting: Power collection frequency, pre-power collection time and general collection frequency can be customized, the unit supports hundreds of milliseconds and seconds, and the sampling rhythm can be adjusted as needed.

12.Adaptable power supply types: Reference models can be entered with different voltage parameters, supports access and detection of equipment with various voltage specifications.
