Multiple judgment modes: Add models and required values for each tested refrigerator, combined with temperature, power, current, and voltage judgment rules; the computer compares real-time collected data with standard values and automatically determines whether the result is qualified.
Meeting production line takt: Multiple test stations run in parallel; start test, stop test, clear test, and complete test can be triggered manually with a click, adapting to the continuous detection rhythm of the assembly line and ensuring normal line flow.
Automatic statistics and reports: Query records in multiple dimensions by time, barcode, station, line, and test result; automatically calculate the total number of tests, the number of qualified units, and the qualification rate, with support for exporting detailed data.
Hardware configuration: Relying on multiple test stations across the entire line, equipped with data acquisition modules, it can synchronously collect various sensor data such as power, current, voltage, and temperature.
Test scope: Real-time monitoring of refrigerator temperature rise and fall, verification of whether refrigerator power meets requirements, and checking whether refrigerator safety detection passes.
Full-process control: After logging into the software, configure the model and judgment standards; the test starts after the equipment is scanned; data is automatically collected throughout the entire process with real-time result determination, and records are automatically saved upon test completion.
Flexible template configuration: Support creating / modifying / deleting customer models, base models, and judgment standards; save and load standard templates, and customize acquisition frequency, test duration, and execution commands.
Centralized operation and maintenance management: Unified management of all lines and all stations, with batch control over the test status of individual units or entire lines, and centralized maintenance of model parameters and judgment rules.
Data visualization: Real-time display of station status, single / multiple test curves, raw collected data, and judgment results; historical records can be traced back to view curves and complete test details.
Sampling parameter settings: Customizable power acquisition frequency, pre-stage power acquisition time, and general acquisition frequency, with units supporting hundred-milliseconds and seconds, allowing sampling rhythm to be adjusted as needed.
Power supply type adaptation: Base models can be configured with different voltage parameters, supporting the connection of equipment with various voltage specifications for testing.
