Home Appliance Sampling Room(M)

The Sampling Inspection Room is used for static sampling inspection and testing of online products. It houses 12-70 refrigerators (or other quantities) to conduct tests in compliance with standard items under simulated operating environments (in terms of temperature, air speed, etc.). For temperature testing, T-type thermocouples are adopted, and domestic or imported electrical parameter meters can be used for electrical parameter measurement. Testing items: 1. Conduct tests on refrigeration speed, storage temperature, aging, defrosting performance, etc. (including power testing), and electrical performance testing (comprehensive performance testers are provided by the buyer). 2. Electrical parameter items: voltage, current, power factor, power, frequency, and electrical energy. Environmental temperature control of the Sampling Inspection Room: 15℃~30℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±3℃. The environmental temperature is controlled by a cooling and heating air conditioner or a compressor unit. Power supply for test stations: Switchable dual power output, with a 13A power test board; Regulated output 1: single-phase, 50Hz, 220V±0.5%; Frequency conversion output 2: single-phase, 45~60Hz, 50~250V±1%. Temperature data acquisition system: imported Yokogawa GM10 or other brands of the same level are used. Power data acquisition system: domestic power electrical parameter meters or imported electrical parameter meters are used. Temperature sampler in the Sampling Inspection Room: PT100 or Vaisala HMP series are adopted. Testing software: 1. The testing software is based on the Windows 10 or higher operating system, with a Chinese interface, and features comprehensive testing functions and good stability. 2. The testing software can set the temperature changes of each compartment and the voltage changes of each station according to time. 3. Establish a background model for sampling curves, and automatically judge each test start (judging defrosting, storage temperature, start-stop ratio, automatic stability judgment, power consumption, and overall power). For example, defrosting: automatically calculate defrosting increments (DF1, DF2); stability judgment: automatic SS1, SS2; power consumption, start-stop ratio, steady-state power; storage temperature: S-E automatic judgment. 4. Meet the testing algorithm requirements of national standards, European standards, Japanese standards, etc., and meet the requirements for stability judgment and calculation of power consumption specified in GB/T 8059:2016. The software automatically judges stability without manual checking of the stable state of the refrigerator, improving work efficiency. 5. If no sensor is placed after the test starts, the system will automatically remind. 6. Working condition inspection: real-time detection of working conditions. If the working conditions are not within the predetermined range and cannot be adjusted, the system will automatically prompt the tester to check the cause of abnormal working conditions. 7. Data export: All or part of the data can be exported to Excel during and after the test, and the test data can be statistically analyzed using OFFICE software. 8. Test template set: Relevant test sets can be preset; after receiving a test task, the templates of the test sets can be directly used to prevent missing test items. The Sampling Inspection Room has passed CE certification and obtained international recognition.
