Information communication: Product information and detection parameters of the testing line are transmitted via wireless 5G. 2. The system has multiple judgment methods, such as: value judgment (temperature or temperature difference), model judgment, combined judgment, etc. Judgment method: Automatic computer judgment is realized according to the factory process standards. 3. Meeting the production line takt: ≤ 13 seconds. 4. Automatic statistical report of the system: It conducts real - time monitoring of the testing line process and reflects the daily production status through curves and reports. 5. Meeting the on - site MES format data transmission function. 6. Reserve data communication interfaces with the tested products and reserve communication interfaces for customers to upgrade intelligent products in advance. 7. Sampling period: Adjustable from 0.1S to 60S. (The sampling period is 0.1s for the first minute, and adjustable from 15s to 60s after one minute), which can accurately collect the instantaneous start - up values of low - power household appliance components. 8. Power collection: Measurement range: 0 - 500W, capable of handling a peak value of 1200W. 9.
