      Detection Targets:   Side A: Smart Home Sticker, Logo

                                        Side C: Presence of screws, Power cord fixation check, Packaging bolts, Presence of reinforcing rods

                                        Top Surface: Gaps, Appearance

       Model Identification:  RFID

                                            Handheld Barcode Scanner

                                            Fixed Barcode Scanner

       Cycle Time: Less than 30 seconds

       Results: Upload results and images to COSMO via 5G

2.Dryer

       Detection Targets:  Side A: Smart Home Sticker, Logo, Gap check between water tank handle and main control board

                                        Side C: Drain pipe inspection, Screw inspection, Sticker error prevention

                                        Top Surface: Gaps, Appearance

      Model Identification:  RFID

                                           Handheld Barcode Scanner

                                           Fixed Barcode Scanner

       Cycle Time: Less than 15 seconds


       Results: Upload results and images to COSMO via 5G

Software Flow

When the system detects that a washing machine has entered the test line, the positioning system aligns the washing machine. The photography device moves up and down for barcode identification to find the test model.


The rear photography device starts moving up and down to capture images.

The robot arm takes pictures of Side A and the Top Surface.
