Testing Methods
1、Position the washing machine in place.
2、Manually connect the water inlet pipe, drain pipe and power cord, and place the simulated load.
3、Manually scan the product barcode and MAC code.
4、The PC controls the washing machine to power on (the washing machine starts automatically).
5、The PC searches for the washing machine's wireless hotspot, connects automatically, and reads the internal information of the washing machine (such as version number).
6、The PC sends instructions via Wi-Fi in the set order to control the washing machine to start the corresponding program.
7、The PC controls the solenoid valve to open for water injection into the washing machine and detects the flow rate.
8、Perform the low-start test.
9、Spray test: The PC controls the washing machine to turn on each spray point one by one and detects the flow rate.
10、Drum test: The PC controls the drum to start, reads the rotational speed, and detects the power.
11、Drainage test: The PC controls the drainage function to start and detects the flow rate.
12、The PC controls the switch to normal pressure.
13、The PC controls the start of spin-drying and drying tests, and detects the power.
14、After the test is completed, manually disconnect the water inlet pipe, drain pipe and power cord, and take out the simulated load.
Detection Process


Multiple integrated automatic testing stations are placed on-site to automatically detect various indicators in accordance with preset procedures.
Testing Stations: Capable of detecting all electrical performance test items of washing machines, including water inlet and drainage, washing performance, dehydration performance, heating, automatic dosing, sensors, rotational speed and other performance items. It is equivalent to four inspection stations. Items not detectable: noise, water leakage, display effect, and keys.

All test stations are connected to the same server, and detection models can be uniformly maintained by administrators in the office. Factories can share these detection models through the cloud server.
