This product is a vibration sensor mounted on the surface of test articles such as refrigerator compressors for collecting their vibration signals. It is used in conjunction with data acquisition cards (e.g., KA6024). Its housing undergoes special reinforcement treatment to withstand bumps and drops during routine operation. The vibration data captured by the sensor can be analyzed via signal processing algorithms including Fourier transform and deep learning methods to evaluate the vibration and corresponding noise performance of the test articles.
