Environmental system

The environmental system can be customized according to different standards. The following takes the 8059 standard commonly used in the refrigerator industry as an example:
Temperature range and accuracy: (0~55℃) ±0.3℃
Temperature field: Within the space 2m above the test bench, the vertical temperature gradient shall not exceed 1℃/m.
Ambient relative humidity: (40%~95%RH) ±3.0%RH (Not assessed when the ambient temperature is below 16℃)
Ambient air velocity: Not greater than 0.25m/s at 10℃~55℃
Refrigeration unit: Inverter compressor refrigeration, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with fast heating and cooling speed, achieving temperature conversion from 55℃ to 10℃ within 2 hours.
The indoor and outdoor units of the refrigeration system are equipped with shockproof and noise reduction measures, with no abnormal noise.
Heating: Heating shall stop when the fan stops working, with over-temperature protection function, and the heating tube is easy to replace.
Humidifier: Equipped with automatic water level control function, water shortage and overflow protection functions. The humidification system is provided with thermal insulation measures.
Defrosting: Automatic defrosting shall be performed when operating under low-temperature conditions. Refrigeration condensate can be discharged automatically without water accumulation in the laboratory. Condensate is discharged to the floor drain through pipelines.
Sampler: Shall be placed in the middle position without hindering the transportation and testing of the refrigerator.

It meets the requirements of testing algorithms such as national standards, European standards, and Japanese standards, as well as the requirements for judging stability and calculating power consumption specified in the GB/T 8059:2016 standard. The software automatically judges stability without the need for manual identification of the refrigerator's stable state, improving work efficiency.
If no sensor is installed after the test starts, the system will send an automatic reminder.
Automatic working condition control: When starting the test, the test working conditions (temperature, humidity, voltage, frequency, etc.) can be directly set on the software, which will automatically control the operation of the environmental system. There is no need to separately set various parameters or start/stop operations on the touch screen.
