Composition of the Detection Box

S Communication Board

S Communication Board supports live wire communication detection, neutral wire on-off detection, and real-time S communication detection.

Main Board

Air Conditioner Indoor Unit Detection Main Board supports two RS485 communication channels, 5G/WiFi communication, temperature acquisition, power acquisition, and is equipped with multiple IO outputs.



Detection Process

Login

Manually connect the data cable to the L\N\S terminal blocks of the upper electrical fixture respectively, plug in the air conditioner plug. The system will automatically scan and detect the detection box identification code and air conditioner barcode, and the software will bind the detection box to the air conditioner barcode.

Infrared Transmission

The detection box sends commands by simulating a remote control via infrared, switching the air conditioner modes.

Component Detection

The system controls components to start sequentially, while detecting power and reading the current temperature.

Detection Judgment

Select the detection standard according to the air conditioner model for automatic judgment.

Function Detection

Detect whether the live wire and neutral wire of the air conditioner are connected properly, and whether the S-wire communication is normal.

Fault Code

Read the fault code information from the main board of the air conditioner indoor unit for comparison and judgment.

Result Determination

The exit code scanner automatically identifies the detection box, the interface will automatically determine the result, and the air conditioner will be powered off.

Automatic Judgment

During the acquisition process, the computer software can make real-time judgments. Based on the barcode, the software selects the judgment model, completes the judgment on the collected data, and generates results and details.

Model Management

The model setting adopts the concept of a benchmark model. If multiple models share the same detection model, they can be represented by one benchmark model, which reduces the maintenance workload of model standards.

Statistical Query

The software can perform query and statistics based on multiple conditions such as barcode, model, and date.
It allows viewing of the detection curves, data, judgment results, and details of the air conditioner indoor unit.
The statistical function supports classified statistics by date and model, as well as by judgment details.
